Maternal and Child Health Technical Assistance to State Agencies
"Logistical Support Services to Provide Technical Assistant to State Agencies."  Title V of the Social Security Act was enacted by Congress in 1935 to authorize the Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Programs administered by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) in the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).  MCHB places high priority on providing State Health agencies with quality Technical Assistance (TA) where necessary to improve MCH program performance.  This contract will help MCHB meet this goal.
