After researching several agencies, World Travel Services (WTS) located in Washington, DC, as a preferred partner for Roomers due to the agency's experience and background, and due to their knowledge in handling group travel and negotiating bulk discounts.

WTS is a full service travel agency that provides corporate, leisure, and group travel, and also handles reservation processing for all airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.

To assist in the proper processing of travel requests Roomers has developed a travel request form, which can be filled out and submitted on-line. Once the form has been completed and sent to us, we will contact the travel agent who will be responsible to develop various itineraries for your final selection. Our agent is also able to offer the lowest rate by comparing various airlines and airports, as well as offering the most convenient route. Finally, once a travel schedule has been selected, Roomers will review the itinerary to reconfirm that the lowest rate and/or best routing were obtained.
